Brighton Homes is locally owned with a management team with a combined 100 years’ experience – building over 5,000 homes in the Wasatch Front area. Our distinct approach to home building begins with our ability to locate great parcels of land, including re-utilizing “tired” land as a premium in-fill developer, and continues with our use of high-quality materials, a broad range of custom options, and brand name suppliers. HISTORY

Brighton Homes was founded in 2010 in Bountiful Utah by a group of experienced home builders, and since our founding we have successfully developed over 50 communities.  With our in-house architecture, sales, finance, purchasing, accounting, development and construction teams, we are building exciting and fresh designs using the latest architectural and construction practices.
