GIVING BACK

In 2015, Brighton volunteered to be the Home Repair Specialist for the Salt Lake Inner City Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints. In this role, we became acquainted with significant financial, handicap, and cultural struggles throughout the Salt Lake Valley. In addition to helping with small repairs on homes, we decided to take on one or two larger projects every year focused on helping those most in need.

Today, Brighton Homes desires to partner with willing suppliers, subcontractors, churches, neighbors, donors, and any other community based organizations to help qualifying home-owners make needed changes to their homes.

What services do we offer?

• Disability Accommodation Services
• Home Modification Services
• Hallways and Doorway Widening
• Grab Bar and Rails Installation
• Wheelchair Ramp Installation
• Walk-In Showers and Tubs

Do I Qualify?

• If your home currently impairs you from your daily tasks in/around the home.
• If your condition limits your movement, senses or activities in/around your home.
• If you are currently financially unable to make these changes to your home.
• If you are a homeowner/have homeowner’s authorization.

Our Goal

Here at Brighton, our goal is to reach out into our community and give back. We would love to serve our neighbors, churches, and communities by completing 10-12 disability home renovations projects per year!
